Dr Cisse is a researcher in CRODT / ISRA which is the first Senegalese Research Institute for Agriculture; he is specialized in food safety and work in hygiene, quality and technology of food products. He hold more 15 years experiences in research, teaching and consulting in food safety, in monitoring quality management of seafood industries and working on standards and policy in fish sector. He's work experience focus on quality management of industries, application of HACCP, GMP, GHP, traceability, Risk Analysis, etc. He is an African Union Expert for fish and fishery products, Expert for Codex Alimentarius and Global Harmonization Initiative Ambassador for Sénégal.
