 Syntesa conducted sessions on Traceability Systems in Mediterranean agronomic institute of Zaragoza

 Syntesa partner, Dr. Heiner Lehr was in charge of two training sessions in the advanced short course of "innovative technologies to enhance the traceability of the food chain" held on 23rd -27th March 2015 in Zaragoza, Spain. The sessions were about the traceability of food products of plant origin, and Specific production systems (e.g. organic, quality label products, halal).

Participants of training sessions were mainly the professionals from public administrations and the food industry, such as policy makers, members of the competent authorities for inspection, food producers, food business operators and food traders from Albania, Algeria, Brazil, Egypt, Italy, Lebanon, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia and Turkey.
